The data controller is Berry Advisor.

7.3 What data is processed by Berry Advisor?

Berry Advisor processes the following personal data: name, email, tax number and address, telephone number, date of birth and IBAN.

7.4 What does Berry Advisor need the Client’s personal data for?

The personal data referred to above are processed for the purposes of authentication, issuing the invoice and handling the home delivery process.

Personal data will also be used to identify potential consumer preferences, including profile creation, based on the history of remote purchases and consumption associated with the Berry Advisor program. Predicting consumer preferences and identifying profiles is used to develop personalized marketing campaigns, optimize the range of products available online, and provide advance notice of campaigns that are likely to be of interest to the customer. These campaigns may be automatically assigned and communicated by Berry Advisor. Berry Advisor requests the customer’s consent to carry out this processing. The customer may revoke their consent at any time.

7.5 To whom does Berry Advisor transmit your personal data?

Berry Advisor only transmits your personal data to the Tax Authority, companies contracted for home delivery, technical assistance, or financial institutions. Your contact details may be transmitted to digital marketing partners for the purpose of promoting Berry Advisor’s marketing initiatives. In the case of purchases from partners, in which Berry Advisor acts as an intermediary, your personal data is transmitted to the companies that sell the items purchased by you.

7.6 How does Berry Advisor communicate campaigns, offers, or benefits to the customer?

Campaigns, offers, or benefits are communicated via phone calls, SMS, email, or other digital platforms, and customers are informed how to unsubscribe. Campaigns, offers, or benefits may also be visible in-store or online at www.berryadvisor.com.

7.7 What is the retention period for the Customer’s personal data?

Berry Advisor will delete the client’s personal data after a period of 10 years, which is the period for retaining documents for tax purposes, as well as the reasonable useful life of the equipment. The data will also be deleted within one month of the client expressing their intention to cancel. In this case, Berry Advisor will only retain transaction data for tax purposes.

7.8 What are the Customer’s rights and how can they exercise them?

As a rule, the customer has the following rights in terms of personal data protection: right of access, right of rectification, right of erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to portability, right to object.
